Lutz air operated double acting diaphragm pumps. The pumps are typically abbreviated AOD (air operated diaphragm pumps). The pumps typically take up little space and are lightweight in construction, while still offering high performance in terms of both capacity and pressure. The pumps are made of plastic, aluminum and stainless steel. Even though the pump is a positive displacement pump, you can shut off the pump on the media side during operation without damaging the pump. However, for other reasons it is recommended to cut off the pump from drive air.
