The most well-known drum pump and container pump, PP 41, is made of Polypropylene and is recognizable by its yellow color. The pump is also available in a PVDF version called PVDF 41 for strong concentrations.
Lutz metal drum and container pumps are available in aluminum (alu 41), stainless steel (Niro41) and hasteloy (HC41). We also have a modified drum and container pump for the food industry "Physiologically Safe" called "PURE".
Lutz specializes in pumping solutions for packaged liquids. Starting with standard packaging such as an IBC 1000 l pallet tank, 200 l drum or 60 to 5 l, you can always find a complete solution from Lutz that fits the task.
Application: For 1000 l pallet tanks, 1200 mm pump tubes are normally used, while for 200 l drums 1000 mm pump tubes are used.
Typical applications for our plastic pumps are strong acids such as hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and nitric acid (HNO3), as well as bases such as lye (NaOH) and detergents etc.
Typical applications for our metal pumps are oils, chemicals, fuels and food.
