Good project management is about creating value with the necessary investment.
During the winter of 2024, one of Denmark's longest 125 m bathing bridges fell over in Roskilde Fjord.
The total value of the facility exceeded 1 million and appeared to have been lost. Using our project model for technical and commercial project management, we managed to salvage some of the value, prepare the area for reconstruction, rethink the technical solution which was quite labor-intensive, raise the necessary capital for renovation and involve 500 tons of volunteer labor.
Project Management and Engineering is estimated at 100 hours.
