Allweiler has recently launched the new ALLWEILER AEB-1F-ME mobile progressive cavity pump unit, ideal for transferring and measuring food and beverage products including wine and wine mash, fruit, water, dips, sauces, juices and oils.

With the new design, the stator is always prepared for dry run protection. The suction housing interface to the mechanical seal housing has been optimised and in addition it now has a drain connection. The dimensions of the shaft cap and the mechanical seal housing allow easier mounting and dismounting of the patented clamp connection between the pump and the gearmotor.

Using the proven long pitch geometry of CIRCOR's OPTIFLOW series, the new AEB-1F-ME series is available in block design. Combined with the included trolley, this provides a mobile unit that can be used very flexibly in a variety of installations. It is offered in a range of sizes including 103, 203, 403, 553 and 703.

The AEB-1F-ME series replaces the AEB-E-ME series; spare parts for the previous model will continue to be available, including stators, assemblies and seals.
