ALLWEILER AEB-1F-ME MOBILE PROGRESSING CAVITY PUMP UNIT

Ideal for food and beverage transfer and dispensing applications

Allweiler has recently launched the new ALLWEILER AEB-1F-ME mobile progressing cavity pump unit, ideal for transferring and metering food and beverage markets including wine and wine puree, fruit, water, dip, sauce, juice and oils.

With the new design, the stator is always prepared for dry run protection. The suction housing interface to the mechanical seal housing has been optimized and in addition, it now has a drain connection. The dimensions of the shaft journal and mechanical seal housing allow for easier assembly and disassembly of the patented clamp set connection between the pump and the gear motor.

Using the proven long pitch geometry of CIRCOR's OPTIFLOW series, the new AEB-1F-ME series is available in block design. Combined with the included cart, it provides a mobile unit that can be used very flexibly in different installations. It is offered in a range of sizes including 103, 203, 403, 553 and 703.

The AEB-1F-ME series replaces the AEB-E-ME series; spare parts for the previous model will continue to be available, including stators, joints and seals.
