Lutz DDP Mixing System gives you mixing and pumping in one system

Lutz DDP Mixing System is for liquids that need to be mixed before treatment and then pumped, or that contain small solids. The new DDP mixing system, with an integrated air-powered double-acting membrane pump, is developed by Lutz and is the perfect solution in many cases.

The mixing and pumping process is carried out via a suction and mixing pipe and a 3-way ball valve. The pre-mounted system is immediately ready for use with a few simple steps, and is also suitable for explosive liquids, as the pump is Atex approved.

A compressed air-powered 1/2" double-acting membrane pump made of stainless steel (1.4404) acts as a pumping unit and is mounted on a base plate. With the help of a universal chemistry hose, a wide range of liquids can be pumped. For example, paints and varnishes, emulsions, dispersions, suspensions, water/oil mixtures, as well as liquids with increased viscosity and solids content.

The following technical values are obtained during operation:

• Capacity of 57 l/min
• Operating pressure of max. 8.2 bar
• Liquid temperature of 93 °C
• Particle size diameter of 3.2 mm
• Weight 21kg

The total weight of the system (including pump) is 21 kg. The suction and mixing tube can be quickly and easily inserted into the access hole, while the bottom plate sits securely on the container lid via vibration dampers.
